His role balances day-to-day operational oversight with long-term strategic growth, empowering team members to take ownership while maintaining accountability and standards of excellence.

Heather Holzwarth

Heather operates with a high degree of autonomy within defined pricing, process, and approval guardrails, and plays a critical role in representing Trash Masters in the field. Heather has a hands-on, execution-focused role and is a proven seller who thrives in relationship-driven, project-based sales environments.

Christopher Burchell

Christopher Burchell has over 15 years of experience managing large-scale industrial and commercial demolition projects. He oversees day-to-day field operations, project execution, staffing, scheduling, and client satisfaction across all active Trash Masters projects. His role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, and on budget, while serving as the critical bridge between field teams and company leadership. Christopher typically oversees multiple active projects simultaneously and manages Site Supervisors & General Laborers responsible for daily field execution. Christopher sets clear expectations, provides hands-on leadership and training, maintains operational visibility through daily documentation, and ensures strong communication across crews, clients, and internal stakeholders. His role is accountable for overall project health from pre-construction through closeout.

Sonny Charlton

Sonny Charlton plays a critical role in keeping Trash Masters running smoothly by owning essential accounting and administrative tasks that enable our Sales and Operations teams to stay focused on their highest-value work. Sonny has strong organizational skills and the ability to accurately track and record cash flow, while also enjoying the opportunity to design, implement, and improve systems from the ground up. She takes ownership of administrative and accounts payable processes, helps to bring clarity where there is ambiguity, and creates repeatable workflows that support a growing business. In her roll, Sonny takes pride in creating order, spotting inefficiencies, and building systems that last.
